Q:	How do I make transaction through this website?
A:	There are two ways you can make a transaction, one is for agents and the other is for customers, Agents have to become a member* and customers can send money any time online or even in our office if their I.D is registered as a customer with us.
Q:	How quick will my money arrive in Pakistan?
A:	We use three ways 1- Urgent payment with in five minuts in most of the stations in Pakistan. 2- Next Day payment on all main cities in Dollar East offices. 3- Day after Payment in all other Stations.
Q:	Do I need any proof of ID?
A:	Yes, you will need prood of ID on all transactions which are equalent to 1000 euros which could be around 670 pounds, depending on the exchange rate. One photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and one recent Utility bill.
Q:	Can I send Money Direct to my Bank account in Pakistan?
A:	Yes you can send money to your bank account in any bank in Pakistan and it will reach there in three to five working days.
Q:	how much fee will I have to pay for each transaction?
A:	MME currently charges a five pound fee per transaction to all customers but no fee charges for agents.
Q:	How can I make a payment?
A:	In the Mil Money Exchange main office every one can pay cash as a method of payment. We do not accept payments via Credit or Debit Card.
Q:	How will the beneficiary receive the money in Pakistan?
A:	The beneficiary must have a Pakistani National ID card and he has to take this to our designated office as proof of his ID and ask for the amount.They will sign and take the said amount.
